Offline Donation Definition:  An offline donation is defined solely as a donation by check. While cash may be accepted at the actual live event, cash donations do not count toward top fundraising awards, contest prizes or grand prizes.
 
Yes, offline donations DO count toward the fundraising efforts of a team or participant if received in a timely manner and in accordance with the rules set forth below.

Requirements for completing offline donations forms for verification and entry.  A. Completed offline donations forms must be submitted to Covenant Pet Trust Inc., with copies of all checks listed on the offline donations form. Any donation listed on an offline donations form that does not have a corresponding check will be disregarded and will not count toward top fundraising awards, contest prizes or grand prizes.  B. Offline donations forms must be fully and accurately completed (i.e., donor name, donor address, donor phone or email), including the amount for each donor.  C. In the memo section of the check, the donor must include a K9 Challenge notation, and/or the name of the participant or team that the donor is supporting.

How to submit: Regular mail: Covenant Pet Trust Inc (CPT) P.O. Box 1172, Lake City Florida 32056. Offline donations must be physically received by the submission deadline.  We recommend allowing a minimum of four (4) additional days if submitting by regular mail. Mailed submissions must be received by February 17, 2020. Covenant Pet Trust Inc. is not responsible for lost, delayed or otherwise untimely entries.

Entering donations: Covenant Pet Trust Inc. will verify and enter offline donations within three (3) business days after receipt. Covenant Pet Trust Inc. reserves the right to reject donations not complying with these rules.

Deadline to submit offline donations:  For offline donations to count toward the top fundraising awards, contest prizes, and grand prizes, all offline donations forms and corresponding check copies must be received by Covenant Pet Trust Inc. by no later than 5 p.m. Eastern time on Monday February 17, 2020  but may be submitted at any time throughout the challenge period up to this deadline.

Checks:  Checks should be made payable to COVENANT PET TRUST INC. Checks and corresponding offline donations forms for entry can be mailed or delivered directly to Pam Taylor call 386-288-1339 to make delivery arrangements.
