We always need great fosters. If you’re an experienced foster, or want to become one, we have a place for you. If you’ve thought about being a foster, but aren’t sure, you can be part of our Respite Foster Program. When a foster needs a break, a respite takes the pet(s) for a specified period of time – maybe a weekend, maybe a week. You get a taste of fostering, and help our regular fosters when they need some time away.
A program like CPT takes a lot of support. We can use help in office/administrative areas, fundraising, publicity, adoptions, pet relocation transportation, program development, client care (not medical) and volunteer coordination. If you have a special interest, such as computers, photography, graphic arts, pet grooming, public speaking or have great ideas; we need you! As a volunteer, you will be given training and support to make your experience rewarding. And you will always be appreciated!

RELOCATION
A long trip is sometimes necessary to help pets reach their new forever homes. Relocation trips are broken down into shorter "legs" and every leg needs to be covered. Reducing the length of a trip makes it easier on the drivers and much more interesting for the pets. Just think how much more fun it is when you have six or seven different cars to ride in and several people to entertain you! Take a leg for a pet - help them start new lives!
